Hazel Hannan 'strongly disagrees' with current multi-seat first-past-the-post system
A former MHK and minister has branded the Island's current voting system 'undemocratic'.
Hazel Hannan, who was first elected as MHK for Peel in 1986, says she 'strongly disagrees' with the current multi-seat first-past-the-post system.
Mrs Hannan believes the Isle of Man should revert to a system where the first vote counts:
