Reception area for boutique hotel and restaurant business
A former police station in Castletown is being given a new lease of life which it’s hoped will provide an economic boost to the ancient capital.
The Baillie Scott designed building, which is owned by Manx National Heritage, is being leased to Marlinspike Properties Limited.
It follows a tender process and public consultation.
