Power cuts affected homes in several areas
Manx Utilities says power has been restored to the Foxdale, St John's and St Mark's areas after an electricity pole caught fire last night (24 November).
Some residents in those areas were without electricity for several hours following the incident on the Foxdale Road near the Eairy Dam.
MUA had to isolate power supplies in the area so that repairs could be safely carried out.
The authority says all affected electrical outputs were back on at approximately 3am this morning (25 November).
