Manx Deaf Society hoping to raise awareness
The Manx Deaf Society will provide free British Sign Language and lipreading sessions ahead of Deaf Awareness Week.
It takes place between 1-7 May however free lessons begin tomorrow at the organisation's premises in Douglas.
Lucy Buxton, says they'd like to see an increased interest in people wanting to learn to sign:
