Red Box Project IoM wants end to period poverty
An initiative aiming to tackle period poverty has been launched.
The community-led Red Box Project, is providing free sanitary wear to those who need it.
It's an effort the charity says will 'afford people their dignity'.
Donation points are already in place at Snaefell Doctor's Surgery and at a hair salon in Douglas.
With the help of the Foodbank, Rebecca Gelling of the project wants to have a red box in each of the Island's schools.
