MHK seeks licence statistics in House of Keys
The lack of certainty over the future of free TV licences for the over-75s is causing concern for Manx residents.
That's the view of Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse, who'll be asking for TV licence statistics at this week's sitting of the House of Keys.
Changes in the UK mean only over-75s in low-income households will qualify for the free licence from June next year, but differences between the British and Manx benefits systems have left the situation here unclear.
