Weekend direct flights are suspended though
Freedom Travel in Douglas is 'not out of business.'
Owner Jan Wozniak says the travel agent is a separately-managed service from the UK Freedom Travel Group, which is in liquidation as it is part of Thomas Cook Co-operative Travel.
As a result, the computer systems at the Strand Street shop have been frozen by Thomas Cook administrators KPMG.
Mr Wozniak believes Freedom Travel has become a victim of the collapse of Thomas Cook.
Until this is resolved, he says it will have to suspend its weekend direct flights from the Island to Majorca and Menorca:
