Site falsely claims to be linked to legitimate Manx company
The Island's finance regulator is warning of a potentially fraudulent website claiming to offer financial services.
The Financial Services Authority says it's been unable to establish any genuine links between ProtraderAI and a real Isle of Man company.
The website claims to be operated by a legitimate Isle of Man business, but the FSA says this company has confirmed they're not connected to the site.
Because of this, the authority has concerns that anyone accessing this website may become the victim of fraud, or could be at risk of having their identity stolen.
Anyone who has accessed the ProtraderAI website is urged to contact the police.
