Roads to her home in Victoria are closed
A woman who had two books published in the Isle of Man is caught up in the Australian bushfire crisis.
Pat Kelly is married to Manx Grand Prix competitor Mike Kelly who finished third in the 1961 and 1964 Senior races.
She lives at Lakes Entrance in Victoria where the nearest fires are over 10 miles away but the air is thick with smoke.
All roads out of Lakes Entrance are closed and the town is on a "watch and act" status.
Pat talks about how the tourist numbers are well down and the peak of the season, what options she has if fires reach her home and the human and wildlife cost of the disaster.
