Uncertainty over whether the TT Funfair would be able to operate this year was disappointing.
That’s the view of the organisers who say the family friendly attraction provides a ‘boost’ to the Manx economy.
Permission was eventually granted for Taylors to bring over the fair – 2023 marks its 35th year and the gates to it are expected to open today.
