MHKs say there's not enough time for public scrutiny before it's voted on
The way the Budget is conducted as a whole on the Island has been criticised by a number of Tynwald members.
Currently, plans for government spending are kept a tightly guarded secret until Budget day, and also have to be voted on in their entirety.
But concerns have consistently been raised about this.
