DoI bosses quizzed by Tynwald scrutiny committee
Work on Douglas promenade is not expected to be complete until late August.
Infrastructure Minister Tim Baker, and DoI chief executive Nick Black, appeared before a virtual Tynwald scrutiny committee this morning to answer questions about the ongoing scheme.
Previous estimates put the completion date at the end of July.

Mr Black says, whilst it's hard to gauge exactly when work (in its current scope) will end, the current Covid lockdown is taking its toll:
