Isle of Man Coastguard has issued more details about a major operation to rescue a woman injured while out mountain-biking this weekend.
The alarm was raised by a 999 call on Saturday afternoon when a woman was reported hurt on the coastal footpath near Glen Maye.
Coastguards from Peel and Douglas together with volunteers from HART - the hazardous area rescue team - began a search.
It's understood the cyclist came off her bike while heading downhill, coming to rest by a rock.
Paramedics were called in when she was located and the Peel lifeboat launched in case she needed to be rescued by sea.
But because of difficulties reaching the woman, a helicopter from RAF Valley in Anglesey was called to airlift her to Noble's Hospital.
The woman's still being treated there for her injuries, but there's still no word on her condition.
