40-year-old will next appear in court in December
Committal proceedings against a Douglas man accused of conspiring to commit perjury will take place next year.
Stephen Joseph Keig, of Princes Avenue, allegedly carried out the offence between September and November 2021.
The 40-year-old has also been charged with committing fraud by false representation between August and October last year.
In addition he's facing four charges of making indecent images of children, possessing an offensive weapon and two of theft – they date between May 2020 and August 2022.
There was no application for bail and Mr Keig was remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until his next court appearance on 29 December.
The case is expected to be elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on 5 January.
