David Evans to appear in court again in June
A Douglas taxi driver will appear in court again in June over the death of 73-year-old Carolyn Buchan.
David Evans, 65, of Tynwald Street appeared at Douglas Courthouse via a live link from the Isle of Man Prison.
He's been charged with failing to stop after an accident, failing to report it, causing death by careless driving and committing an act against public justice.
Magistrates remanded him in custody and he’s next due to appear on 16 June.
