Gusts of up to 70mph expected
Sunday's Ben-my-Chree sailings have been affected as Storm Dylan brings with it gale force winds of up to 70mph.
The overnight Belfast crossing was cancelled due to the forecast, however, today's journeys to Heysham are still currently running to schedule.
An amber weather warning has been issued by the Met Office at Ronaldsway until midday.
Islanders are urged to be cautious of coastal overtopping which could see waves bringing sea water and debris onto exposed roads.
The police have also issued a reminder the strong gusts may lead to fallen trees and to drive with care.
