Boards and Brews opens doors
A cafe with a difference opens its doors in Douglas today (7 Jan) offering customers a chance to play games while they take a break, and help others at the same time.
Boards and Brews is a board game cafe, staffed and run by young autistic adults, alongside friends and family members.
The non-proft outlet gives those with autism a chance to gain work skills, experience dealing with the public, and socialise.
For some, it's a first step towards getting a job.

The cafe, next door to the Rovers Return pub behind Douglas town hall, will re open - having been closed since October - at 11am.
