'Social distancing is not an issue when working' - M. Brindley
A landscape gardener is frustrated he's unable to work during the circuit breaker.
Government has told Matthew Brindley that as during the previous lockdown, he'll have to stop all work for the 21 days.
Meanwhile, garden centres have remained open but will have to close from Thursday under a tightening of restrictions.
Mr Brindley accepts his work is not essential, but says social distancing is not an issue:
