Head of OFT says rebate details were confusing
Gas bills could have been made clearer to consumers under the previous gas regulatory agreement.
That's from the head of the Office of Fair Trading - the body that oversaw the previous regulations governing Manx Gas.
John Peet believes details on rebates weren't made clear to customers which resulted in confusion.
He told a Tynwald committee looking into gas regulation that, with hindsight, it is something that could have been done better:
