Chris Thomas says CURA and OFT have a role to play to protect consumers
The Infrastructure Minister says the Office of Fair Trading and gas regulator both have a role to play to tackle the 'profound problems' with gas bills on the Island.
A number of customers have complained after receiving bills out of sequence, not receiving bills or having the wrong direct debit amount taken from their accounts.
Isle of Man Energy's parent company is due to meet with the OFT today.
But Chris Thomas says the Communication and Utilities Regulatory Authority is also responsible:
