Profit agreement to be looked at
Government's agreement with Manx Gas will be 'closely reviewed' next year.
The Treasury Minister says he can empathise with recent public upset over the charging structure, ahead of a planned protest outside the House of Keys on Tuesday.
A regulatory agreement with the Office of Fair Trading means Manx Gas must not turn over more than a 10% profit each year.
But Alf Cannan says that will be up for scrutiny when his department is tasked with renewing it in December 2018:
