Plea on social media to lockdown
Braddan Church has blocked access to the car park as people from different households were using it as a place to gather.
In a Facebook post, they welcome people walking through the grounds, adhering to all necessary measures, as part of their daily exercise.
However, cars parking for meetings with others is described as abusing “our premises to use Kirk Braddan as an opportunity to break the law”.
In a more light-hearted comment, there is the threat to “get the church mice to come and sort you out”.
