Over 160 walkers taking part
Last weekend it was the mountain bikers, today, it's the walkers who will be racing from one end of the Island the other.
The Ramsey Bakery End to End starts at the Point of Ayre at 8am, with competitors tackling a near-40-mile route to the Sound.
One hundred and sixty-nine people have registered for the full race, with another 16 signed up for the half-distance one, which finishes in Peel.
Richard Gerrard, who has won the Parish Walk and the End to End five times each, is seen as the favourite for victory.
