The Director of Public Health is urging people to get protection from measles before TT week.
Dr Parameswaran Kishore says the outbreak of the disease in South Wales is concerning and it might be brought over during the races.
He wants to ensure the Island is vaccinated before the tourists arrive.
Dr Kishore says a simple measure will keep you safe from the infectious disease:
