Deadline extended to November
The public are being urged to submit their tax returns as soon as possible if they want to receive a rebate before Christmas.
Around 21,000 people have yet to send the form.
The deadline was extended until 6 November over concerns about the effects of the pandemic.

Just over half the vehicles examined were defective
