And now, a Manx company is looking to join the influx of new, small-scale distilleries.
Tiffany and Paul Kerruish have recruited award-winning Scottish 'master distiller' Gerard Macluskey to form Fynoderee Limited.
West Quay in Ramsey is the site of choice for the trio who hope to have production underway as early as this autumn.
