Police launch appeal for information
A 23 year-old woman from the UK has been reported missing in the Island.
Rachel Balmer is said to have traveled here on a one-way ferry ticket, with the intention of 'just walking around'.
Police say she's never visited the Isle of Man before, so is likely to be lost.
Rachel was last seen wearing a bright yellow coat, jeans and Nike trainers - and left home with just £10, a colouring book and two teddy bears on her person.
