Post-flood cleanup continues
Glen Road in Laxey will be shut until midday on Monday next week at least, as repair work continues following last week's floods.
The Department of Infrastructure has extended the closure currently in place.
It says the road remains shut to all traffic from its junction with Church Hill / Rencell Hill and its junction with Minorca Hill.
Residents are still able to access their properties, and works and emergency services vehicles are also allowed to use it still.
The DoI also says there is no through road for all vehicles from the Church Hill junction and Acacia Villa, thanks to the condition of the road there.
