Plans for 29 new homes submitted in Crosby
Around 50 people attended public meeting in Crosby last night (Tues)
It was called by developers JM Project Management Ltd to discuss plans for a new housing development on a field in the village.
Plans have been submitted for 29 new homes, including seven first-time buyers' properties on agricultural land at Crosby cross-roads which is zoned for development.
Marown Commissioners say they have no objection to the development in principle, but have raised queries over access arrangements.
Project architect Mark Pierce of Ellis Brown told Manx Radio what the house prices will be:
