Ramsey member doubts CoMin's commitments
An MHK has slammed the government's approach to climate change calling it an 'exercise in good PR'.
Tynwald members have been debating the Climate Emergency motion put to the court by MHK for Garff Daphne Caine.
Lawrie Hooper claims that despite the chief minister's emergency announcement, the commitment is 'the same thinking as before.'
He tabled an amendment to commit the Island to a 2035 deadline for carbon neutrality.
