Grants of up to £2,500 available
Launched as part of support measures to help the Island with the rising cost of living, it's administered by the Manx Lottery Trust.
It's open to organisations looking to offer warm spaces such as drop-ins in public buildings or those wanting to increase the offering of existing services.
Treasury Minister Alex Allinson says regional swimming pools would be welcome to apply if they wanted to follow the NSC and offer free sessions for children.
That move has been branded a 'post-code lottery' by some who feel it should have been an all-Island initiative, but Dr Allinson disagrees:
