SHK says improvement is needed when creating documents like the Island Plan
The Speaker of the House of Keys has been criticising government plans, accusing them of being a way of putting projects off.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson made the claims in Tynwald.
He's specified documents like "The Island Plan" all the way down to those at a departmental level.
