MHK seeks update on workplace pensions
Government should make it easier for local residents to save for their retirement.
That's according to Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper, who is seeking an update on workplace pensions in next week's sitting of the House of Keys.
A public consultation was held on the issue last year, closing in August.
Mr Hooper believes offering help would encourage more people to put money aside:
"We think it's inhumane the way he was treated."
