Policy and Reform Minister says gov't will act swiftly over winter months
A government minister has promised it will not become complacent over coronavirus during the winter months.
It's as a mass vaccination is set to begin in the UK, with around 130,000 doses expected to arrive on the Island in the next 10 months.
Although many restrictions have been relaxed since July, government has brought in tough measures to curb the spread of Covid-19.
