Drawing down £150m for the fiscal year
The government has come under fire for syphoning cash from reserves to bolster its structural deficit.
Former government economist, John Webster says the administration's reliance on considerable sums from its reserves fund is 'ridiculous'.
The structural deficit is the amount spent over and above its income from taxation.
