£50,000-worth of new advertising
Government has announced a new three-year marketing campaign, in an attempt to rejuvenate the Island's tourist industry.
The Extraordinary Story has been launched this afternoon by the Department for Enterprise, a fortnight after figures showed a nearly 9% fall in visitors last year.
Costing £50,000, a series of online, newspaper and digital advertisements will be targeted predominantly at older travelers, as well as young families and couples.
Here's a clip from an upcoming film, narrated by Island resident John-Rhys Davies:

Warning over flare disposal after amenity site fire
Suspended sentence for 56-year-old in cannabis supply case
Owner of a block of flats fined for failing to meet fire safety regulations
Review of taxi fares extended to assess impact of Middle East conflict
