Infrastructure Minister reacts to PAC's investigation into Liverpool project
The infrastructure minister says there are very expensive lessons to be learnt from government's handling of the construction of the new ferry terminal in Liverpool.
The Public Accounts Committee recently published a damning report into the project, describing it as 'rushed' and 'hopelessly ambitious'.
So far, more than £70m of taxpayers' money has been spent on the facility, which is currently expected to open in the spring.
