Charities must raise 10% before seeking grants
The way overseas aid is funded will change as part of a new Isle of Man Government focus.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle today (Monday) launched the introduction of four funding streams which will run alongside its 'Small Grants' initiative.
Charities will need to raise a total of 10 per cent of the funds - but on the flip-side, £540,000 will be allocated to Manx projects; available over a two-year period.
