Claims that thousands of unhealthy trees line Manx roads
Government needs a strategy to manage the thousands of unhealthy trees lining the Island's roads.
That's the call from an arboriculturalist who believes lack of management over ash dieback disease is putting motorists at risk.
Andrew Igoea, from tree management company Manx Roots, wants to see the Department of Infrastructure work with landowners to encourage them to remove dying trees before they fall.
He says it's about keeping road users safe:
Police bail for two people arrested in Ramsey incident
WCAS to extend opening hours next month
Assisted Dying Bill still on track, says mover
Period Products Bill 'changed drastically' but core principles remain, says MHK
Persistent rain is making life difficult for Manx farmers
