MHK seeks update on Capital Project Unit
More needs to be done to ensure government projects are completed on time and on budget.
That's the view of Douglas North MHK David Ashford, who's asking for an update on plans to introduce a new body to oversee larger capital projects.
The previous government announced plans for a Capital Project Unit to manage all taxpayer funded schemes with a budget of more than £3m.
Mr Ashford says it's something not every department has experience to deal with themselves:
