Government is holding a prize draw each month where respondents can win up to £1,000
People are being encouraged to take part in government's Household Income and Expenditure Survey.
It's being handed out to random households, with the data said to help inform government's future financial planning.
But it's thought some are avoiding filling it out due to concerns about privacy and the amount of time it takes.
Treasury Minister Alex Allinson told Manx Radio:
