Minister explains why scheme has been shelved
Government isn't going to complete its planned batch of 10,000 antibody tests.
Health Minister David Ashford was asked for an update on the scheme, which was started more than four months ago.
An interim report was published at the beginning of August, after around 3,800 tests were taken, showing the spread of the virus on the Isle of Man.
