Around 75% of patients being seen face to face
GP appointments over the phone are here to stay, but face to face contact between doctors and patients remains 'massively important'.

Around 75% of appointments with GPs are now taking place in person.
Mr Ashford says it's important to find the right balance.
The increased use of telephone consultations with GPs has split opinion amongst the public.
