Dr Williams discusses recruitment issues and patient numbers with Manx doctors
The Island's GPs have been learning about the challenges of rising patient numbers and recruitment in rural environments at their latest quarterly education session.
Presenting his knowledge and experience was Dr Arfon Williams, who hails from a small town on the north west coast of Wales.
Dr Williams says he found himself in a scenario where he was managing two rural practices as the sole GP there:

Sidecars have 'been my life', says Lambert
Road conditions 'atrocious', say police
Southern 100 sidecar exclusion 'absolutely devastating'
Vicar: "Everybody goes through compromise when it comes to the races"
TT fan park closed after 'deterioration in ground conditions'
