
As the GCSE grade border war continues, an Island teacher says students do not deserve the added worry.
It’s feared Manx pupils' English and maths results may have been affected after exams regulator Ofqual intervened in changing grade boundaries.
Andrew Shipley – spokesman for the Association of Teachers and Lecturers – believes that brings added pressure at a time when students have enough strain.
He says the majority work very hard:
