Organisations come together to highlight environment
The first Isle of Man Environment Festival is underway.
Thirty charities, groups and other organisations are coming together to highlight nature, wildlife and environmental issues at the two-day event in Peel, organised by beach cleaning charity Beach Buddies.
It's taking place in two marquees at the north end of Peel promenade between 10am and 4pm today and tomorrow, and is totally plastic-free.
Beach Buddies founder Bill Dale says the time has come for the various organisations involved in protecting the environment to come together:
