Open letter to DEFA questions accountability
The Isle of Man Green Party is asking government how it plans to hold Manx Utilities accountable for what it’s deemed ‘effective failure’ of the 2026 renewables target.
It’s written an open letter to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture asking for ‘explanations and confirmations’.
The political party also wants to know how the department is proposing to ‘recover lost progress’ on emissions targets and about engagement with Orsted over offshore windfarms.
