Coming fourth place in the Douglas South by-election was a positive outcome for the Isle of Man Green Party, according to leader Andrew Newton.
Green candidate and current Braddan Commissioner Andrew Jessopp got 342 votes in the contest, which was won by Claire Christian and Paul Quine.
Mr Newton says his party helped lead the conversation on environmental issues during the election:
