In a major start of the year speech, the Chief Minister has warned that current economic conditions are unlikely to have a 'quick fix'.
Allan Bell delivered the key note speech at the Alliance of Isle of Man Compliance Professionals 'State of the Nation' conference at the Mount Murray.
Mr Bell chose the weather as a theme.
