Conditions causing difficulties in Onchan
UPDATE: The route (actually Kind Edward Road) has now reopened.
Groudle Road in Onchan is now closed due to ice, with motorists advised to use Whitebridge instead.
It's a reverse of the situation earlier this morning - when a number cars became stuck in the ice at Whitebridge.
That route has been gritted and is now passable with care.
Officers have also closed the King Edward Road past Groudle Glen due to ice there as well.
We are closing the Groudle road due to ice.
